What is the average time that merchandise gets shipped out?

Average shipping time takes 3-4 business days. Some items, such as the wall hangers, or creatures take a little longer in which case it’d be 4-5 business days.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely. If an item needs to be gift wrapped, and have a message added, please let me know. No charge.

Why don’t items get sent out immediately?

Great question! It’s because with so many options offered for my products, most items are made to order. There are items that do expire if they sit, such as soap, and I’d rather my guests have fresh items than something old and stale.

However, if you need an item by a certain date, please reach out and let me know.

Do you sell bulk orders?

Absolutely!! If you’re looking to bulk buy, please email me and let me know what you want and the timeframe needed by. If there is a conflict somewhere that would cause a problem, I will let you know (ie: you want 100 candles sent out by tomorrow)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes I do. The only shipping cost is for items 2lbs+. With costs being what they are right now, to keep low prices, I have to add on shipping for heavy items. The good news is that most of my items have no shipping charge.
